Right... the title really bugs me.. Y??? cuz... we were called for choral speaking practice.. it was a last minute notice. so we had 3 days till the competition.. and we had a new script.. n less then a day to memerise the whole thing. Whe parctised and practised and practised. We got yelled at.. the team was not giving any corporation.. and everything was a mess... It was happening again... our last comp was a wreck!!
We were hoping that the next comp we would have a chance of winning.. Or so we thought.. The last day of training was like .. UUUURRRRGGGGGHHHHH!!!! Everybody was fooling around! they act like they're in a world full of fairies.. The person incharge of the team is a friend of mine.. NO sh'es not the trainer.. she just helps... maybe... i think... ummm.... i'm not really sure what she does...
She got extremly mad.. (easiy does... a short tempered person she is) when she shouted, everybody went silent as if someone had died.. she told us she was not happy with our teamwork n our way of presenting the script.. she even told us that we were wasting her time.. (all of us were wasting our time) n also said she'd rather finish her overdue magazine work that she had to do for the school .... bla bla bla.......
After all thay recket.. everyone started to be a littke more serious..
We did another round.. then our teacher came in.. she wanted to say something.. We sat infront of in the shape of an arch on the hall floor.
"I have some bad news", she started. All of us were holding our breaths. Waiting for her to continue with nervousness. Then she said "the competition has been canclled". We were like WHAT?????!!!! our teacher told us the reasone.. it is really really stupid!!!
Just because our school was infected, the other schools dropped out from the competition. Cowards.. if they're worried so much why join in the fist place? My school is safe now.. ther's no reasone to be scared.. I mean c'mon... dengue is much more worse then H1N1. I felt insulted.. all of us were... We wasted 3 days when we should have spent it in our class learning.. plus... all the homework and projects that were given... DARN
